Both venues are located in central Athens and are easily reached from Athens International Airport (ATH).

The simplest option is the Metro Line 3 (Blue Line), which departs directly from the airport. For the Propylaea (NKUA, Panepistimiou 30), stay on Line 3 toward the city center and exit at Syntagma station, followed by a 5–7 minute walk along Panepistimiou Street. For the War Museum (Rizari 2–4), exit Line 3 one stop earlier at Evangelismos station, just across from the museum. The same line also connects the two venues in a few minutes, so moving between them during the conference is straightforward. Alternatively, the X95 express bus runs from the airport to Syntagma Square around the clock.

To ensure a consistent layout across all poster sessions, posters must be prepared in portrait (vertical) orientation with dimensions of 90 cm (width) × 120 cm (height).

Authors are kindly requested to prepare their posters according to these specifications and to ensure that text and figures remain clear and legible from a short distance.
